Private Transfer: Civitavecchia Port to Rome and vice versa

To book your transfer to / from the Port of Civitavecchia, we need the following details:
- Name and surname of those who book, contact telephone number for availability and any

- Date of transfer, time required for withdrawal.
- Total number of passengers and type of vehicle requested:

Sedan 1- 2 passengers

Minivan 1-8 passengers

Each passenger is required to carry a suitcase plus hand luggage; luggage of

particular dimensions (wheelchairs, strollers, musical or sporting instruments, etc ...) go

specified in the reservation and verified later with the operator, before the transfer.
- Exact place for withdrawal and destination:

 from the Port of Civitavecchia, specify the name of the Ship and the arrival pier, indicate the

 destination in Rome (hotel or private address); the driver will wait for you near the arrival pier, le

 our cars have the necessary permits for access to the internal area of the port;

 from Rome, indicate the name and address of the hotel or any private address; you will find the driver

 in the lobby or at the address indicated in the reservation, at the requested time. Enter the name of the

 ship, you will be left directly nearby so as to make it easier for you to board faster.

IMPORTANT:

for transfers from the Port of Civitavecchia the waiting time is 30 minutes, starting from the time requested in the booking;

for transfers from Rome, hotel or private address, the waiting time is 20 minutes;

once the waiting time has elapsed, without any information from the passenger, the driver will leave. In these cases there is no refund of the transfer for the passenger.
