Overview
We are a professional cooking school. I am a qualified Italian chef. I will teach you ingredients, secrets and techniques for realizing recipes. My house kitchen is fournished with all needed facilities which contribute making this experience even more memorable. I will explain and show how to prepare every recipe aand you will do by yourself during the lesson.
We will cook all the recipes and enjoy what we prepared. Italian wines will accompany our meal.

What To Expect
I will receive you in my house and I will teach you ingredients, secrets and techniques for realizing recipes. Max number of participants: 5. You will do all the recipe steps: weighting the ingredients, doing the dough, preparing the souce and so on so on.
We will cook all the recipes and enjoy what we prepared. Italian wines will accompany our meal.

4. risotto: saffron risotto, vegetables risotto (depending on season).
