What To Expect
You will meet me at the location, a small restaurant in Trastevere, we will get to know eachother along with a glass of prosecco and few snacks.
Then will be time to get to work!
Hands on, we will make our lunch from scratch!
You will get all of the information about the ingredients and the right technique to use!
After the class, everybody gets to seat and enjoy the fruits of their labor!
The lunch will include a drink, a bottle of water and of course limoncello!
