At 7.30 am you will meet our storytelling guide at the Vatican Museums entrance, where you will be introduced to the Sistine Chapel before entering the Vatican at 8 am (one hour before the public opening).

Once inside the Vatican Museums, you will visit the Octagonal Courtyard, the Apollo God, the Muses Hall, and Nero's Bath-tub.
You will also see the Gallery of the Maps, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Candelabra.

Then, you will proceed to the Sistine Chapel, which will leave you breathless for its grandeur and beauty. Here you will have the opportunity to admire Michelangelo’s masterpieces: the frescoes representing the Creation of the World with stories from the Genesis book and the Last Judgment.

- St Peter's Basilica is a church and as such the Vatican can decide to close it for religious functions without any notice. We are not responsible for unexpected closure of the Basilica. When the Basilica of St. Peter is closed for religious functions, you will spend longer time in the Vatican galleries with your guide
