The museum, founded by Pope Clement XIV in 1771. • The  Octagon Courtyard: The beautiful sculpture of Laocoön sculpted group, Roman copy of the 1st century AD. • The Gregorian Egyptian Museum: If you love antiquities, the Gregorian Egyptian Museum is right for you! Founded on the initiative of Pope Gregorius XVI in 1839. • The Gallery of Geografic Maps: If you love history and geography, along the itinerary leading to the Sistine Chapel with an option to see the Raphael's Rooms; Probably ranking second, only after the Sistine Chapel. • The Sistine Chapel; named after his commissioner, Sixtus IV della Rovere (1471-1484), the Chapel talks about the creation and the last judgement and gives access to the St. Peter's Church.
