Enjoy a meal of gourmet cuisine at Ristorante Degli Angeli, a restaurant in the town of Magliano Sabina, just north of Rome off the A1 highway. For either lunch or dinner (your choice), you'll sit down to a 7-course tasting menu with or without wine pairings at this eatery that has received two Michelin forks, a designation given for a restaurant's comfort, service, and setting.

we meet at 11.30am in Via Marsala 82 in front of "Rome Your Way Tours" and Termini train station in central Rome. Return to starting point around 3:30/4:00pm (transfer is 1h approx).

• The Wine cellar offers more than 800 labels of wine, champagne and spirits from around the world, sought after and selected by the owner who is also a professional Sommelier and Olive Oil taster.
• In the local shop Bottega delle Delizie you find the best that the area has to offer with cured meats, cheeses, locally made pasta, extra virgin olive oil of Sabina to take away.
