This combination tour provides you with the possibility of visiting both the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums in one day. The tour will start from COLOSSEUM. Meet our staff in via delle terme di tito 73. We have a sign that says ONCE UPON A TIME ROME TOURS. You will be able to get lost in the stories and anecdotes that your passionate guide will tell you during the tour, as you learn more about the different aspects of life in Ancient Rome. The Colosseum visit will last around 1 hour and afterwards you will have some free time to enjoy your lunch and relax. We start the second part of the tour at 2:30pm in our office in via Tunisi 5. You will access the Vatican's most famous galleries to see the Laocoon, the Apollo of Belvedere, the Torso of Belvedere, and the Nero's’ Bathtub. Many of those beautiful statues were used by Michelangelo as models to represent the characters in the Last Judgement. The Vatican visit will last around 1.5 hours.

Colosseum
Follow your guide goinside the Colosseum. You will visit the ground floor near to the arena and the first level from which you can enjoy a fantastic view.
This exceptional tour includes, among other galleries of the Vatican corridors, a tour of the Pine Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, the Gallery of the Maps, Candelabra Gallery, Pio Clementino's Rooms, the Tapestry Gallery
Then, use another exclusive entrance to head straight into St. Peter’s Basilica. See the incredible altar and Michelangelo’s beautiful sculpture, “La Pietà.”
The tour ends in St. Peter’s Square. Admire Bernini’s clever optical illusion, spot the balcony where the Pope delivers his public addresses, and take photos of the imposing exterior of the basilica.
