Overview
Take time out from the traffic and crowds of the Eternal City! We will take you to a quiet and peaceful environs of Rome, with almost no tourists at all!
You will enjoy some wonderful landscapes, and lakes and taste delicious food and wine of the Castelli Romani. Out ininerary is Castel Gandolfo, where popes used to spend their summers for a few centuries, the town of Nemi with its wonderful lakes and Ariccia where you will do a wine tasting and can have a lovely Roman-style lunch.
A short half an hour drive from Rome, you’ll find yourself surrounded by gentle wooded hills, vast green pine trees, abundant olive groves and fruity vineyards.
And as a bonus, on the way there we will do a short stop by the via Appia - the first in the history highway build about 2300 years ago and will learn why they are connected.
There will be two beautiful lakes - Albano and Nemi, so make sure you do not forget your camera!

What To Expect
We will pick you up from your hotel or appartment about 30 minutes before the tour. The cars range from the Mercedes E-Klass, to Audi Q7 and Minivan Mercedes Vito, depending on the number of participants.
