Overview
Get involved in a walking, cooking and eating experience going throughout the ruins of the ancient romans in one of the most beautiful natural and urban park of the region. Forage fresh food from which we will realize a four courses meal in our kitchen in a cooking class experience. Enjoy the lunch, prepared flavoured ancient ingredients learning how to pair it with local wines.

What To Expect
Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the ancient suburban contryside of Rome (today almost located y the city center). We will also collect ingredients we will use for our cooking. So, after reached our farm and the kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up ancient and innovative recipes using the best of local and contemporary food production of the region. Many of this ingredients belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from the local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors.
