- This activity is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or wheelchair / electric stroller users
- Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID as proof of age for children 18 years and under
- Be aware that there might be delays in your visit due to capacity regulations and security checks.
- Remember that the Museums and St. Peter's Basilica have a year-round dress code requiring visitors to cover their shoulders and have their pants/skirts reach their knees. This rule applies to both men and women
- Even if you have a Skip the Line ticket, expect a minor delay of 20-30 minutes due to mandatory security checks conducted by the museum's security team
- This tour is not wheelchair nor mobility scooter accessible
- This tour is not recommended for those with mobility impairments

Our guide Chiara was excellent in the museums and Sistine Chapel. We went into St Peter’s Basilica by ourselves at the end of the tour.

Never happened. The return email confirmation was never accepted by the Vatican. I had to buy a new ticket with them to enter.

Disappointment at the Vatican May 23, 2024 Vatican & Sistine Chapel Tour 12:45 P.M. Spanish Speaking Tour

My husband and I signed up for the Spanish speaking tour since the English speaking tours were all booked. I am a Spanish teacher so the language was not a problem. When our group checked into the Vatican everyone was given a headphone so we could hear what our guide was describing to us during our tour. She did not give me or my husband a headphone. She said that I had not signed up for the Spanish speaking tour. I told her that I had and proceeded to try show her on my phone the Spanish Speaking Tour verification. She just walked away and became very confrontational. I had to argue with her to get a headset for both my husband and me.She later slipped me and my husband the listening device after digging them out of her bag. By then all we wanted to do was exit the tour. She kept telling us to hurry along and scolding us because we were "stragglers," though we never saw her chastising any of the others in our group of 12. We've gone on many Viators...they have always been professional, outstanding, and informative tours, with very fun guides. This is our first disappointment with Viator. We will continue to use Viator but wanted to send you this review feeling that you should be aware of our disappointment with this particular tour guide. I will say the office staff at the Viator location, CheckandGo Tours office in via Sebastiano Veniero 21, Rome were very engaging, friendly, and, professional.
