Tour booking was cancelled within half hour of the arrival time. The booking was apparently a technical glitch , and I should not have been able to book as the time slot & walking tour were apparently erroneous, not actually going to occur.
** Walking tour cancelled immediately prior by operator- I NEED A FULL REFUND FROM VIATOR **.

Our Guide Jessica was amazing! Her passion and knowledge for Rome was beyond impressive! She took us around and showed us epic sites, gave us suggestions for our time visiting Rome. Amazing experience with the tour guide Arjan who explained the history of the city perfectly. We really enjoyed ourselves and would 100% recommend the company, the staff are all very helpful and very friendly.
