Tour guide didn’t want to answer questions. Seemed dismissive of the participants. Would like a refund.
Not what we were expecting

We were happy to skip the ticket line by booking this tour but unhappy that the tour company tried to move us up four hours with the tour time since we already were going to take a different tour earlier in the day. When we told them we couldn’t switch they arranged a substitute guide Lucy to handle our tour. Lucy was well versed with the tour but said the word “so” every few words and spoke in a monotone voice. I wouldn’t recommend this tour we almost fell asleep.

Great guide who provided detailed history of the monument and lots of historical anecdotes. Visit of pantheon and neighborhood plus great tips about Rome also.

We went into the Pantheon & stood in one place as the tour guide gave us a long history of or Rome. I was surprised we didn't get more of an in depth tour of the building and get walked around describing the intricacies of the building.
Guide never showed up then company tried to switch us to a tour 2 hours later

Guide never showed up after 2 hour wait, still waiting for my refund!!! Company did not call us to say they weren't coming but sent me text just before to tell me they weren't coming. A call would have been nice earlier so I wouldn't have had to wait in heat for 2 hours. And the company number to call brought me to an outgoing message in foreign language when my tour was for an English speaking tour. I left message but never got a call back
