Learn to cook like the professionals on an exclusive, three-hour cooking course taught by a professional Roman chef at a cooking school in Rome. Be greeted with a glass of prosecco and snacks as you get to know your chef. Then learn to prepare Ravioli, Tagliolini, cacao e pepe and Tiramisu. Prepare each dish at your own individual cook station and create your own meal in a welcoming, hands on environment. What I provide is a unique and exclusive experience: to cook like a real italian, even for beginners, taught by an authentic roman chef.
This is a private experience, just you and the chef.
Everybody has a work station with a cooktop to let everybody cook individually following instructions step by step and after that you get to eat your well deserved meal!
Obviously practice makes perfect, so I will email you the recipes of what we do together in order to replicate that in your home.

• Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe - One of most iconic roman pasta... you are going to make your fresh spaghetti noodles with cacio e pepe sauce
• Traditional Tiramisu - My favorite dessert...You make yours on individual servings... easy to make but delicious...
