Overview
Arrive in Frascati by train from Roma Termini station. It's just a 30 minute trip through vineyards and old Roman towns! Your local guide will meet you on the platform and walk you around the pretty historic center of Frascati, renowned for wonderful wines and spectacular views of Rome and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Soon thereafter it's time to learn how to prepare and bake perfect pizza with an expert local pizzaiolo! There are just five steps using five ingredients but the end result, which you will pull out of the wood-fired oven, is amazing! Wines are then lovingly paired with seasonal vegetables and a classic Roman pasta. The return train ride to Rome will be a satisfying one!
