A guided tour of Domus Aurea’s archaeological restoration site enhanced by a new and innovative multimedia experience aimed to improve the scientific value of the site.The project has been realized focusing on new technologies as immersive virtual reality and video narration.Rome's Domus Aurea will offer virtual reality tours to visitors provides visual insights into how Emperor Nero's golden palace looked 2,000 years ago.

- On First Sunday of Month the admission at Domus Aurea is not free
- During the visits in French and Spanish, the video clip of the multimedia tour will be in English or Italian language.
- We recommend the use of comfortable shoes and jackets.
- The controlled atmosphere inside means that the temperature is always around 10 decrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit), with 100% humidity - you're strongly advised to take a coat, jacket or pullover with you at any time of the year!
- Attention: within 2 days prior the visit we will provide you a BOOKING CODE that has to be shown at the entrace. Please check your email account before to go.
- It's required to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
