The great artistic and archaeological value of the necropolis is due to the magnificent group of frescoes present in more than 200 tombs, in which funeral banquets, dancers, jugglers and landscapes are depicted using pictorial techniques of great visual impact, and a style that gives an animated and harmonious movement.

Lazio hides some small pearls, from the hidden villages, a few kilometers from the centers affected by the great tourist flows. The village of Ceri is one of these. Located north of Rome, in the Municipality of Cerveteri, Ceri develops within the crenellated walls of its Rocca. Built using the tuff cliffs of which the surrounding territory is constituted, the village has been affected by various vicissitudes. Inhabited by the Etruscan and Roman civilizations, it experienced a period of abandonment during the Early Middle Ages.
