Thieves, scam stay away from Viator

$46 and I didn't even get a map or an audio guide, plus the second floor was closed so I didn't get to see half of the art. Don't buy for revendors. As they are crap, per my ticket my tour was supposed to start at the galleria and end at Pincio hills.all I got was just the ticket that costs $18 and that I paid for $43.

Beautiful building - Giuliano’s expert knowledge brought the paintings and sculptures into context. Recommend this tour and Pantheon tour as two best places to visit if on a short break.
Bit of a disappointment

A bit disappointing to be honest. Our guide, though extremely nice had a very strong Italian accent which made understanding (very good English) what he was saying very difficult to the point of almost impossible. We (my wife and I) decided to leave the tour and go back to reception and get two audio tour devices. They only cost €3 each, and for very good reason, it only gives information on 13 of hundreds of pieces in the museum. It could have been a very pleasant experience had we understood what our tour guide was saying. Reached out to Viator, and to be fair, they refunded 20% of the cost as a goodwill gesture.
Expensive entry to villa Borghese

Took us while to find in the park what we saw was beautiful but was very expensive for only one floor, must admit thought we had a tour but was only entry so was very expensive for just entry to see one floor as top floor was closed
Worst tour ever

Worst tour ever. The guide read from a laptop in monotone. City Wonders… the only thing I am wondering about is how you are in business. Must be this weird relationship with Viator where I paid $75 for a $15 ticket and this worthless guy. Never again
