Seamless digital experience (you check in with a door code and can report any issue on WhatsApp and the host would respond quickly), great location (especially if you're planning a visit to the Vatican Museum), clean property, comfortable bed, there's an iron and ironing board in the room.

We did not have breakfast included. We liked the location; it was perfect (Eccelso Apartments), located right in front of the Vatican Museum entrance, just a few meters away from the meeting point for some tours around the city and a few blocks away from the metro station. The staff was excellent, mainly Anca. She was the person I talked with even before starting our trip. The room was perfect, very clean, and very quiet.

Amazing location, great price to quality ratio, great air conditioning, you have pretty much everything you need there.
Very large, nicely furnished suites in a great location

Great location, close to the metro, Carrefour express is just behind the corner and the suite has a little kitchen where you can prepare a small lunch or dinner. The room was very large and spacious, in a nice historical building. The location is ideal for Vatican Museums visit, because the building is pretty much in front of the museum entrance. Although it's not in the historical center, the walk is like 20 minutes (or a few metro stops).
