This company is putting people on the street around the Sixtine Chapel with fake badges clamining they were „Official Tourist Information members“. They tell everyone that doesn’t have an online ticket that they shouldn’t bother going any further and that they should buy a ticket from the „official ticket office“ which is their shady little office around the corner. Long story short they try to charge you $40 for a single ticket. We decided to check out the front entrance first and there were literally ticket booths inside the museum and we bought tickets for immediate entrance for 8$. There were no queues, except for fake queues set up by these scammers to make you pay for some line skipping.

Very unorganized. We were sold the wrong tour by viator and had to supplement with additional euros at the beginning of the tour.
Stay away from this company when in Rome

This company charged my credit card stating my tickets were confirmed for 10:30 am. They emailed the night before and change my time to 12 pm. By the time I checked in they told me I was bumped to 1:30 pm because they were full. While I stood in line I heard them sell 12 pm tickets to 10 other people. When I asked for a refund they told me to email them. I had to make a fuss to get a refund. Trip Advisor..... you need to delete this company from your website. They are disreputable and disorganized. Not the typical top notch experience I have come to expect from Trip Advisor services.

We had tickets for 10:30 am and still didn’t make it in until after noon. Our guide had a hard time getting real tickets for the vouchers. If we had not purchased them beforehand, we’d still be waiting in a long hot line for hours.
