To start the day the pickup was 30 mins late with no contact details to call them to see what was happening. All people in my group were told 6am pickup at their hotel. Not the best start. Verona was amazing, the guide there was fabulous. Then we headed to Lake Garda, there guide there not so great, just left us to do our own thing.

The tour was run very professionally and was bang on time at all points , Veronica gave good information and descriptions throughout and arranged boat trips in Sirmione , Katya was excellent in Verona had really good knowledge and had arranged entrance to the arena included
