Our visit oddly got rescheduled the day before 3 hours earlier. We had already made other plans. Not sure why but wouldn’t recommend.

Francesca is an amazing tour guide! She taught us about the history of the Vatican with great storytelling and in both English and Spanish. I recommend people to leave their accomodations 2 hours ahead to reach the meeting point in time, as Rome's traffic and transport is challenging. We showed up late not knowing this, but the tour manager was very understanding and booked us for the next one. Rocco is a great tour manager!

The tour was supposed to be at 11am and this was changed (within a good amount of time I must admit) to 1.30pm. The meeting instructions were not clear, although we did manage to find where we were supposed to meet. The tour guide was late and didn’t show up until 2pm. Once she arrived, she was very courteous and apologised for the inconvenience and we began the tour. As the tour guide was late, this had a knock on effect on the rest of the tour and it was rushed. The tour guide was quite unprepared for the tour and repeated many of the same stuff over and over again. At the end, we had to quite literally jog through Sistine Chapel as it was closing. The tour guide explained she finished at 5pm and would not have time to take us to St Peter’s church and we got asked to do this alone.
poorly organized, bad audio receptiom

we were family of 4 including 2 adult daugters. first, they collected us at the agency and not at the vatican gates, thus we walked under 35+ heat for about 30 mins to the Vatican entrance. Btw, there was no skip the line. 2nd - the audio reception of the devices for 4 of us was soo poor, that we had gave up and just tried to be closer to the guide to hear what she says. the story told by the guide during the whole tour was parts here and there, and wasn't creating a comprehensive overall picture of the medieval time

Saverio was excellent! He was very funny and made sure everyone was involved with the group and the tour. He was very knowledgeable and kept us to the scheduled time length which was nice! I would recommend him to anyone taking the tour!
