After booking 2 different Vatican tours with this Viator, and they cancelled both on us(my Mom, wife and me), my Mom being in a wheelchair at 91, all Viator wanted was us to upgrade to a private tour for much more money. And then, when we cancelled a day b4, they said it was not within the 24 hours to cancel, and we were charged well over 300 euros FOR NOTHING, NO TOUR , NOTHING. And now they refuse, absolutley refuse to give us our hard earned money back, AFTER CANCELLING 2 TOURS ON US.
