Pioneer Tours are scammers. They pretended that they are the official company, but charge you double the actual cost !!!!

Avoid Pioneer Tours. They are SCAMMERS. They wait at the line for visiting the Sistine Chapel wearing official looking costumes. They sate the queue time is over 2 hours and you can buy a no queue ticket from them for 50 Euro per person.
We went to their office and paid for 3 tickets, but I got suspicious and Googled them and then found the real website were the tickets only cost 25 Euro. I immediately asked for a refund and then this is when things got nasty. They pretended we hadn't even bought a ticket and when we shown our card receipt they said NO Refund, we tried to ask the police for help, but got nowhere. So we reported to our card company for the refund.
Make sure you book with the official company and not scam companies like Pioneer Tours.
