- Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions.
- On religious holidays or Wednesday mornings (Papal Audience), please note that the tour will be adjusted to include only the visit to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
- Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees. If your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry.
- All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 30 minutes.
- Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- Photography is not allowed in the interior of the Sistine Chapel and some parts. The staff are authorized to delete any files taken.
- Food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of water.
- Bags and suitcases larger than 40x35x15 cm, tripods, large umbrellas and potentially dangerous objects are not allowed inside the Vatican Museums and must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is a 20-minute walk from the end of the tour.

Our tour guide Agnes was wonderful and really gave us a lot of insight into what we were seeing. The pick-up was easy and Dave found us right away. I did think that the early access would allow us to be in the Sistine Chapel first without as many people but that didn’t happen.
Good way to See the Vatican

First and foremost, our guide, Agnes, was superb. Her passion and her knowledge were engaging.
Second, this tour is not before the vatican is open to the public. it is first thing when it opens, which was better than my prior visit, however, it is not before. Apparently only the Vatican does tours before it opens.
Agnes made up for this misunderstanding by delivering a fantastic tour ever mindful of steering clear of crowds. She personally made this worthwhile.
The best way to enjoy the basilica

Me and my husband were very satisfied with our guide Ignacio. In spite of the long waiting line for basilica entry security check Ignacio kept us entertained and was willing and capable to answer all the questions about the basilica as well as current situation in Italy. Although the tour of basilica itself was not included Ignacio gave us some hints about the most important landmarks and what to pay attention to during the visit of basilica. Moreover, he provided us with the recommendations of fine Rome restaurants nearby. We would definitely attend this guide tour again and highly recommend it.

DO NOT USE !!!! CON ARTISTS and DECEITFUL and LIERS. I would give them 0 if it was available. WILL NOT REFUND BUT AT FAULT and Blame the travel company. There were 2 redemption places on our voucher. We went to the 1st and no one there. Also no other groups or people waiting. We went to the 2nd one by the allotted time - running the 11 minute walking route and being there at 9.45am and we could not find them there either. The place was chaos - many people on the steps and many tour groups. We phoned the company and asked to join the tour and they said no - as they had left - even though looking at the queue into the Vatican itself to purchase tickets they would have still been in that queue. We asked to move to another tour and they said no as they were fully booked for the next 3 days. We asked for a refund and they said no as the tickets for the Vatican were already purchase. Again a complete lie as the tour guide does not purchase tickets for the tour group s/he has with them until they enter the Vatican. The company kept £250 of our money and blamed the travel company we purchased them via - stating they must refund. Travel company says loving rome must refund as they provide the details to the travel company. Neither will refund. LIERS and CHEATERS - avoid like the plague. We ended up spending another £280 to visit the Vatican with a more reputable company.

If there is zero star I'll definitely give to them! We booked the tickets ten days ago to lock the slot and they canceled the day before our visit said because of a “technic issue”. There is no way that we could rebook the tickets from other suppliers at this busy season. I assume they just sell our tickets to someone paid higher! A company of liars! DO NOT buy anything from them!
