Our guide Phillipe was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the Vatican and a nice person. My husband and I enjoyed the tour.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable regarding the materials. The only issue we had was trying to find the place given that it was our first time in Rome and we were trying to use public transportation to find the place. Wasn't simple to find. Also, the tour started 1/2 hour late. We were told to be there 1/2 hour early and it started 1/2 late. Once we got pass that, it was a wonderful tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. We skipped the lines which was great and started on our information overload tour. The wait time in the line of over 1.5 hours before you could enter the facility was totally skipped. Only note here is to use the bathroom before you start because they will only stop the tour if it's an emergency. Not fair if they start 1/2 hour late and no break for the next 2 hours. It ended at the Saint Peter Basilica where it was free to enter and tour. Bottom line is that I would recommend this tour but make sure you use the bathroom before your start.
