Great experience. They were very flexible with our schedule and the driver was so helpful! Our bus to the train station was delayed and we were worried we would lose our reservation. We were able to easily connect with our Viator contact and they were very accommodating and understanding. Our driver even pointed out some of the sites as we were driving to our hotel in Rome.

We did eventually get to our location. Not the driver’s fault, but there were some road closures and the driver became very frustrated and kept telling us it was impossible to get to our hotel. I was a little concerned he was going to give up, but he powered through and got us to our hotel.
