Nice, but must get terminal correct

Friendly & on time, but dropped us at the wrong terminal! This can cause chaos for someone traveling from another conutry. Luckily, we were able to ask for assistance from airport employess.
Canceled day before trip

They canceled our ride the day before the trip. They immediately informed us that the money would be returned to us, but for 15 days nothing has happened in this regard.
Experience sucked big time.

Transfer Service Rome was a no show. Tried to call. Busy or no answer. No one at airport seemed to know of them. Texted 2 times via trip advisor app. No response. Finally took a taxi. Have a taxi receipt for 90 euros. I would like a refund from Trip advisor.

Excellent communication with this company even before we left Australia. They were very accommodating when our flight plans changed and were able to change our pick up time. Max was very helpful and helped us contact our AirBnB host with his phone as we had no tourist SIM card arriving after 10pm when all stores had closed. Would definitely recommend and use again.
