Me citaron a las 10:30 en la estación Termini y sobre la hora, cuándo consultamos por dónde estaban nos confirmaron que se había anulado la reserva/compra ya que había sido pagada. Si no llamamos nos quedamos esperando.

They never picked me up at the meeting point but Melo still charged a mess!!! I don't recommend it, don't take the risk, very bad.

We booked and PAID for the guided tour from Rome Termini to the MAXIMO Shopping Center, south of Rome. Even though we arrived at the meeting point in advance and were EXACTLY at the designated address, NOBODY, NO BUS was there. We waited for 73 minutes without being able to contact the company. THE PHONE PROVIDED DIDN'T ANSWER, no one gave us any satisfaction. Using the Viator phone number on Tripadvisor, we were able to speak to an assistant who verified the veracity of our information and promised a refund. We are waiting.
