- In the case of inclement weather (rain, snow, frost…), the arena floor may be closed off without notice. Entry through the gladiators’ gate will not be affected but access onto the arena floor will be prohibited.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes
- Aerosols, sharp objects and large backpacks will not be allowed
- Kindly insert full name for all participants at you party. Please note that the names not included in the list will not gain access to the Colosseum. Please bring a valid identification card or passport.
- Please note that your reservation is not refundable in case of modification or cancellation.
- Please bring a Valid ID Document of all participants in order to enter to the Colosseum.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

The colosseum is wonderful! Our guide spoke okay English and was kinda all over the place. Lots of standing around for 3 hours. Make sure you bring your own water with you. It super hot and will be through September. Our tour was switched from 930am to 10am. They called & emailed(missed the email). So we showed up super early & then our tour started late.
Great guide but buggy radios

The guide was very knowledgeable but the radios were buggy. If the guide even turned around, his body would block the radio waves and we could not hear him. All the walls and people made it impossible to hear half the time.

Sorry but the tour was disappointing. Our English speaking tour guide, his English was terrible. If you asked him a question, he didn’t understand and would repeat what you asked him. He also repeated the same things over and over and showed us pictures from a notebook.
However, finding the tour and getting into the colosseum was very easy.
