Bus to Fiumicino airport

We bought 2 tickets from Viator app. Firstly, we caught the bus from Via Crescenzio, 2. Even though ticket says pickup is at 4.45am, it's not, it's at 4.30am.
Lastly, The bus conductor at first wouldnt recognize the ticket but when I told him it's from Viator he understood and showed him the PDF. He took photos of the PDF and printed us 2 tickets.

We spent 1 hr finding a taxi after the bus we paid for was full. We would’ve had to wait another hour for the next bus but with 2 small children and a full days travel that wouldn’t have worked. The bus attended stated this happens all the time with people who book through Viator.
