This was our first trip to Europe - Pietro was our driver on our first day in Rome. He was wonderful - very friendly, shared great stories and advice o. What sights to visit in area. When we got to our hotel room I realized that my wallet fell out of my backpack . This contained my ID, cash and credit cards I figured I would never see it again and our vacation was ruined! We were able to track down Pietro and he not only found the wallet, but delivered it to us personally at our hotel. He is a wonderful man that played a huge part of our amazing vacation!

We had booked the taxi from home. Before we went to Rome we got informatione from the Taxi Company and upon arrival it was ready. Unfortunally my wife forgot her jacket in the taxi.
This jacket was brought to the Taxi central and they were VERY helpfull in order for sending it to Denmark. Their service was outstanding :-)
