Our operator was very friendly and knowledgeable. We waited in quite a long line, and she explained a lot about the history of what we were going to see. The only negative was that we were asked to meet the operator 10 minutes before our tour began, and they did not office open the office until after our tour was scheduled to start.

Climb to top was worth it, but honestly if you are claustrophobic don't attempt the climb. Otherwise go for it

Salve, Non ho potuto effettuare la visita perché nella descrizione non c era scritto che prima dell inizio del tour che sarebbe dovuto durare da 2 a 3 h approssimative, come segnato nel sito, non era specificato che prima dell’inizio del tour avremmo dovuto aspettare una quantità di tempo indefinita che si traduce in ore. In quanto in seguito alla descrizione qui in app avevo già organizzato altre visite a seguire, non ho potuto partecipare a questa. Sicuramente se fosse specificato che il tour sarebbe durato 2/3 h una volta entrati senza contare le ore di fila avrei organizzato la giornata diversamente. Quindi richiedo il rimborso perché non ho potuto partecipare alla visita

Wir haben die Tour für 8:30 Uhr am 6.1.2023 auf Englisch gebucht.
Wie es sich gehört, waren wir 15 Minuten vorher beim Treffpunkt und haben extra das Frühstück im Hotel ausgelassen.
Nachdem wir und ca 15 andere Touristen über 30 Minuten gewartet haben und kein Tourguide gekommen ist, sind wir nach mehrmaligem kontaktieren der Hotline von Viator und der Hotline des direkten Anbieters wieder gegangen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Tour nicht stattfindet, da am 6.1. ein Feiertag in Italien ist und deshalb keine Touren in den Vatikan dürfen. Leider konnte uns das der Anbieter nicht selbst mitteilen.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und traurig, dass wir an unserem letzten Urlaubstag den Vatikan nicht von innen sehen konnten.
Der einzig Positive daran war, dass das Geld noch am gleichen Tag rücküberwiesen wurde..
