- The names provided at the time of the booking cannot be changed.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- The meeting time is subject to change. In this case, you will be contacted in advance via email
- Tours will run rain or shine (unless the monument is closed by the officials for safety reasons)
- There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The wait time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
- Toilets are limited, use the toilet before arriving for the tour. (Breaks made when possible)
- No weapons (pocket knives), glass bottles or large backpacks
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

The whole experience was wonderful! For some reason, my paper work did not advise to bring photo ID. Fortunately, we were staying close by and the Show me Italy guide waited while we rushed home for our passport and he then took us to join our group. That was first class service!
The tour itself was excellent! Very informative!
So much to learn! Our guide very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Show me Italy. We toured April 6th 3.15 pm great staff!

Our tour started a bit bumpy because the guides car broke down and he had to take a taxi so he was a bit too late. There was a very long line at the colosseum but once we got in the guide gave us a fantastic explanation about the forum romanum, the colosseum and the palatine hill. My mom hurt her foot a few weeks before and I think the name of the guide was Christopher made sure she could also make the tour at a comfortable pace. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice man.

Our guide Vasco was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. He went at a perfect pace, we didn't feel like we were being bombarded with information and it was never boring.
Vasco was able to answer any questions we threw at him with humour and ease. The highlight for me was walking through the Gladiator's gate into
the arena and looking up imagining the rouring crowds all around you. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. My mum has lived in Italy for 21 years and said it was the best tour she had ever been on! Highly recommended.

I supposedly went on December 21st 2023 because the date was wrong on my ticket so I was not at the site to visit. They are telling me that we were at the site and booked in which is impossible because my trip to Rome is in February 2024. They are the worst organisation that I know. I went to multiple trip in Europe and it's the first time that I am scammed by a tour guide.
They sold my tickets to somebody else because I was not there at the time.
