If you have to choose an option to take a place to get to know Rome. Run away from here, they are very inflexible. If you make a mistake you pay dearly.
They can put on the excursion whenever they want, and you have to be like a nail. If you don't lose, the excursion and the money.
We were my mother-in-law, an older woman, and I, who am a disabled person and not being in the right place at the right time.
We have lost everything and if we want to go on that excursion, they have told us to pay for it again.
Soulless thieves.

Contratamos esta excursión con El Corte Inglés, teníamos para elegir dos horarios; mañana y tarde, elegimos horario de tarde (14:30h) éramos 6 personas, las únicas de tarde, como no les convenía porque éramos un grupo pequeño nos dejaron tirados sin excursión y fastidiándonos el día. Llamamos de urgencia a El Corte Inglés y nos lo trasladaron al día siguiente para las 8:30 de la mañana. De vergüenza por parte de la compañía y del El Corte Inglés por confiar en ella. Una compañía muy cara y poco seria, no la recomendamos.
