You must pick up your tickets 6 long blocks from the museum entrance, when you get to the entrance to the museum gate 1, there is a very large crowd trying to get in, it took us about 20 minutes in line to get it, total caos and disorder, I want my money, back. Don't pay for this, the line was faster than us who paid to skip the line.
Do the self-guided tour and skip that line!

Buy the tickets! You don’t want to be one of those poor souls standing in line for hours (hoping) to get in. We went end of May and it was VERY BUSY. We took the self-guided tour and it was perfect for me and my wife. We could stop and look at what interested us, take in the gardens, go where we wanted. The rest of crowd looked like drones with audio pieces in their ears on a school trip.

Hat alles perfekt geklappt dh den Voucher gegen die Tickets eintauschen: freundlich und es war alles bereits vorbereitet. Einlass ohne Warteschlange kann man nur empfehlen, auch wenn drinnen viele Besucher waren 😉 Vatikanische Museen sind eben ein Highlight!
