Meeting location horrible, guide good

The meeting place staff were very unorganized and rude. The changed our tour time 1/2 hr earlier without us knowing so it added some confusion. The guide herself was very nice. She would get 5 stars alone.

The 5:30pm tour was fantastic but what made it outstanding was our guide Irene. Not only was she remarkably well informed and we all learned so much, but afterward we asked for a dinner recommendation that was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!
Skip the Line Vatican Tour

Our guide Josephine was really great. She was so knowledgeable. Her greatest skill was getting 10 people maneuvered in and out of the crowds to get the best view of everything.
We had the first tour of the day (8:00) and even then it was crazy crowded. The Skip the Line ticket is a must. It was disappointing not to enter the Basilica but we knew it might not be feasible on Wednesdays. Certainly no fault of Viator.
