- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Free access to Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with our Colosseum tour. Last entry until March is 3:00 PM, and from March to mid-October is 5:30 PM. Arrive early for Palatine access on late-day tours or contact us a week before for exact timing.
- Skip the line access not guaranteed by 1st Sunday of every month and we should wait some time as its free day.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

This is the first time I had an issue with Viator. We scheduled months in advance this tour and the day before they changed our time. Unfortunately, it was within the 24 hours so we could not cancel. We had to do the forum and palatine hill on our own and had to leave the tour of the coleseum early due to another engagement

Seeing the Colosseum is always enjoyable. I wish the guide had talked about things inside so we could see everything longer. She talked for a while in a corridor and people were constantly walking in between us and we weren’t looking at anything. We also had a 4:30 tour but the entrance to the Forum/Palantine Hill closed at 6 & we were barely inside the Colosseum by 6 so we missed that.
