This company was well worth it! Because of them, we were able to slip the long lines of people at the Vatican ( because there are..) and walk right in to go wherever we wanted! It allowed for more time not only to enjoy all the sites and make for great experiences, but allowed for us to utilize the best possible times for all our plans!

Disappointed in this tour. Booked this tour because of the early start time of 9:00 am. Was contacted by Ali the day before to push back arrival to 11:10 am. Had to call Ali because guide still hadn’t arrived by 11:25. Finally entered the tour site at 11:45 am. Was not able to spend adequate time on the tour due to another commitment in the afternoon. The only good thing was skipping the line. We felt that this tour was unorganized and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

The guide did not show and Viator has not accepted to reimburse us.
The guide , by the name of Ali, stated when questioned by Viator, that we did not show up!
It could not be more disappointing and frustrating.
You simply are powerless.
