Reviews for Skip-the-line Ticket-vatican Museum And Sistine Chapel
Good, not great

Vatican is a wonderful experience and I’d encourage anyone to see it. This tour was fine, but not the best way to experience the Vatican. While kind and entertaining, our guide was difficult to follow. The Vatican was so loud and crowded, it was difficult to hear any of our guide’s commentary on the history. We moved through very quickly. There were so many rooms and artifacts we breezed by. For the price we paid (€150 per ticket) I’d look into a private guide before booking this again. It’s well worth paying for a special experience. If over €150 isn’t in your budget, then this is a fine way to go.
Good not great but worth it to skip the line.

First, when we arrived they were angry at us for being late. They told us we should have arrived 15 minutes early but that wasn’t listed anywhere on our ticket information. From there it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t perfect either. They asked if we wanted to upgrade our experience to include the Basilica, which we did. Then they told us that the upgrade meant we had to stay with a tour group, which wasn’t what we wanted. I have a condition which ends with a lot of pain if I stand still for long periods of time, but walking is good. The group stopped at several locations for much longer than I would like but spent almost no time at all on other locations — meaning I had to hurry to catch up because I wanted to take pictures. Since we had to stay with our group we ended up standing outside and looking at 8x10 pictures of the Sistine Chapel for a good 30 minutes (since you aren’t allowed to talk in the Sistine Chapel), but people talked inside anyway. After getting through, we were able to go right into the Basilica which made it almost worth it to stay with the group. I would recommend the tour, but make sure that you manage your expectations. Skipping the line was worth it either way because the line was long and slow moving.
Not one to be missed, but be aware

It was all a bit hectic. Our time was 2.30pm. We arrived at 2.25pm and saw the group leaving. I tried to speak with the guide but he told me to go to the office. They gave me my sticker and wrote 2.30pm and told me to wait outside. Of course, no one turned up. To cut a long story short they recognised that the group left early and they apologised. We then joined the 3.30pm group. And so, I accept it was dealt with well in the circumstances. At 3.30pm, we made our way with the group to the skip the line queue. It was a bit hectic before we were finally through. The museum itself is awesome and overwhelming. You are pushed through a particular route and constantly told to keep moving, due to the enormous amount of visitors. So, unfortunately, the one thing you'd like to do with such incredible art, is the one thing you can't. That is, admire in peace the works of some incredibly great artists and sculptors. My review does not serve to put anyone off, simply to point out the reality. Please do go. It's not one to be missed.
Good

This was a good tour, the guide did her best despite a very chaotic background and other group members wandering off! The children weren’t fully engaged but enjoyed it overall.
Worthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worthy Skip the line ticket. We were pre planned and got an oustanding service from this company. Vatican is always busy with enormous number people. Without buying this ticke could be wait almost 4/5 hours. We are happy to spent with this.
