No one showed up. We called and had someone call who spoke Spanish and were told it was canceled. We haven’t received money back.

The tour guide never showed up and left 25-30 of us all stranded trying to find another tour at the last minute which took us about 2 hours for one to fit us in. Very inconsiderate as we talked to people from all over the world while waiting and most waiting for Rome Your Way had booked tours months ago as we did either through travel agent or internet. Would give a 0 if I could.

Directions for the meeting point are a little unclear. Our guide was Australian, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to explain the uses of the areas over the age’s and put a good historical perspective on the buildings and way of life through the centuries. A very good introduction to Rome. All questions answered in full, a real understanding of social and political changes through time. Headset where used for communication.
