In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Amazing Tour

Our guide Azzurra was amazing! First, she was incredibly knowledgeable. We loved her narration and her use of the iPad to supplement what we were seeing and hearing. Second, her ability to relate to everyone in the group - most notably my 14 year and 11 year old. She was brilliant.
We have another tour planned for the Vatican but with another agency. However, at the end of our tour with Azzurra we enquired if she (via your company) was available for our Vatican tour. Unfortunately it was not possible. If it was, we would have canceled our current booking and signed up with Azzzurra and your company.
We will certainly recommend your company, and particularly Azzurra, to any of our friends visiting Rome. Simply the best guide we have ever had - anywhere!

We hired Babylon for three private tours on our recent trip to Rome based on our excellent experience with Babylon in Paris. Our tour guide, Maria Ida, was incredible. Babylon assigned Maria Ida to us for all three of our tours so we were able to comfortably get into our tours with a known guide for our entire trip. This was very thoughtful. Maria Ida did a great job with all three of our tours. She geared the tours to our teenage daughter and inspired her to dig into history even further. A++recommended.
