Bad Experience w Once Upon A Time Tour Agency

Do NOT book a tour using this agency. Our guide was the WORST. Provided 2out of 3 hours for poorly led tour. TERRIBLE exp. St Peter’s was closed which I know can happen. Instead of a discount, they hold us we would gain access to Raphael Rooms that are normally closed. We asked and witnessed that they are part of the normal path to the Sistine Chapel and cannot be closed. We are trying to get some money back but no luck yet. This was the worst tour experience we had on a 2 week trip. Stick w trusted apps like Viator or Get Your Guide. They do a better job vetting their agencies. This was a waste of $300. Learned nothing. Lied too.
