Marco wa a great driver with a godd knowledge of Rome and able to get us to see the major tourist sites in less than a day. Tour overpriced as no extras were included, including admission tickets to some venues.

Fantastic Private Tour

We were on a Disney cruise that had a port day in Civitavecchia. We booked this private tour so we could see the highlights of Rome in our 7:00am-7:00pm ashore time block. Our driver was Davide and he was very knowledgable and friendly. I will admit that his English was good but his accent was a little thick which made his a tad bit hard to understand. However, he was very patient and didn't mind repeating things for us so he knew that we understood what he was saying. We didn't book entrance tickets to the Colosseum but got some great views from the exterior. Davide helped us book "skip the line" tickets for the Vatican that also included a private tour guide. We were very appreciative of the hook up as we were unable to book our own attraction tickets ahead of time. Davide was on time for our pick up and got us back to the ship in plenty of time to beat the all aboard deadline. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone planning a one day visit to Rome.
Driver was a no show - Do not use Cruising Rome Tours

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Our driver was a no-show, we waited from 7:45 -9:30am. Huge problem since we had $ invested in a Colosseum private tour that we also missed. When we called Viator they responded well. but when we called the Cruising Rome Tours they didn't even answer their phone even though that had confirmed in email the night before that our meeting time would be 8:00am. We also tried WhatsApp and email....horrible communication.
