Although our driver (Alex) was great, the fact is that too many people were booked for this vehicle and there was not enough room for luggage. We all came off a cruise, so we all had luggage and Viator should have factored that in. Additionally, this vehicle was supposed to travel directly to Rome, but one passenger who needed to travel to the airport was included. This meant that it took two hours to get to Rome and the trip was quite uncomfortable. If we had realised it was not a direct trip to Rome, we would not have booked it via Viator.
