Hector is an awesome guide. Very nice and thorough. Answered our questions. The driver was great. We needed assistance and he made sure we were accommodated. Five-star tour!!!!!!!

Our tour went smoothly and Pompeii is very interesting. Hector was our guide and spoke English (and apparently German and Spanish) very well. He was very knowledgeable however some of his jokes fell flat because they were a dated. Hector, I think in an effort to cover as much as possible in 2 hours, moved very quickly. The ground is not smooth so some had trouble keeping up with him - in fact he left all 8 of us behind once. Please note that the entry fee is not included in this tour. The documentation does not make this clear so be prepared. We gave Hector 15 EUR/pp and he bought the tickets for the group.
