Scheduling issues

Scheduling was a nightmare! Our tickets were confirmed for 9:30, but were called that was not possible so gave us three other options. We chose 4:00. When that time came we were told we could not enter until 4:30, then that was updated to 5:00 pm. It was very crowded and we were tired of standing around, but wait we had to do if we wanted to get in. Did NOT appreciate the early time noted to be there when we could not get in then, and then time was changed to even later. Just not happy with this outcome!

The event was overbooked and cancelled the day before. Very frustrating as the door was booked and no other tickets available.
