Adventure in a nutshell

This tour was the highlight of our Roman adventure! Our guide was funny and relatable. He is a local and gave us insightful facts and recommendations. Before we started, he did a short training to make sure we were comfortable, what to expect, and customized our tour. He went out of his way to take us to off-the-path places overlooking the city, gave us history we didn’t know about, for instance the Jewish ghettos, and took lots of pictures of us. We saw the Roman Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Castle Sant'Angelo, and many more places through cobblestone streets and up to cliffside views. He went out of his way to show us things we requested. For instance, we wanted to see The Seven Hills of Rome, the Esquiline Hill in particular. This was not on our path, but held meaning to us because of a close friend’s namesake, and he took us! If you want to get a highlight of Rome in a fun way with less walking, this is the tour for you!

Great historical tour with phenomenal guide Giulio (Jules). Led us safely through large sections of city visiting many incredible sites. Not typical Segway tour of "passing-by" sites. Took amazing photos. Jules has extensive knowledge of Roman history which he shared with humor. Well worth time and money.

As a family of 5 this was our first time Segwaying. Wow - what a fantastic way to see Rome, made even more fun with our wonderful guide Nico. Nico was so knowledgeable and friendly. Nico took the time to ensure we were all confident on our Segways and when one of party lost a little confidence, Nico was there to help at every step of the way!

Great way to see and learn about the lesser visited sites of Rome. Teens especially loved seeing official site where Julius Caesar was assassinated.
Our guide's name was Jules. He was very knowledgeable, careful about our safety and humorous. Wonderful experience. Ask for Jules when you book!
