Our tour guide Theo was amazing! He did such a good job engaging our small group and immersing us in the Italian culture with the good restaurant picks and local gems. I feel like we got to sample and understand so many different items that the locals to the area like as well as learning some history of the neighborhood. His extensive knowledge of wine is also great with the pairings of the food. I don’t know if I enjoyed the Suppli, pizza or gelato the best, but it was all amazing! Thanks Theo
