Excellent pre and post service. The chauffeur was on time , friendly and helped us with luggage. We were also offered water. Vehicle was spacious, clean and smelled nice . Temperature in the car was good

When you book from the US a transfer to the port of Civitavecchia, what do you look for? I think that we all want safety and an on time arrival. We got this and more from Matteo. He carried our bags from the street to our hotel that was a distance away. He also provided excellent service to the port. Matteo was charming and
provided leads for dining and activities.
He did not require prepayment which was a real plus since most companies want a non-credit card payment on booking. I feel that paying people you do not know if you will ever receive the service is a problem. Matteo required nothing until the trip was completed.

I couldn’t have been happier!
Getting from FCO to Civitavecchia is difficult enough, getting from FCO to the cruise terminal at Civitavecchia is horribly confusing. Matteo the owner of Mia Limo and his fleet of Mercedes makes getting to or from FCO amazingly simple. Most cars can only take you to the port entrance, then you have to catch a shuttle bus. Mia Limo is authorized to take you directly to the cruise terminal. Trust me, you want Mia Limo to take you to AND from the cruise terminal! Professional, courteous, and as a bonus, Matteo himself is quite the cutie!
