This is a good for those people that don't wish a tour. I would recommend going early in the morning as line are very long late morning and afternoons.

Very misleading product. I strongly advise you to read the cancelation policy and ask for the product details BEFORE booking. Some key details about what you are buying are only provided AFTER booking.
Bad experince, confusing offers, low client support

Bad experience. I downloaded the app encouraged by the offer for tickets to St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome whereas the tickets do not exist, they just confuse the customers to buy audio guides only. The google adress of the meeting point was wrongly indicated in the app. I requested the refund but it was rejected. The whole contact with the support horrible

Do not get this audio tour. There is no information on how to access the tour and no one to get assistance from. I am very disappointed that this was on Viator site. I never expected that Viator would include a scam type tour on the site.
